Concord Cemetery

The OES visited Concord Cemetery on July 1, 2001 in Eaton. It was raining heavily when we arrived, so many of the photos were taken from inside our vehicle. The cemetery contained hundreds of tombstones and seemed to be very well kept. The Concord Church across the street from the cemetery was established in 1840. According to records, the cemetery was laid out in 1850. The first child to be buried there was a young son of the widow Kindell.

Thank you to Corrine for taking us to Concord Cemetery.
