The OES visited May Cemetery on July 1, 2001. Located just outside of Eaton, Ohio, this small cemetery was off the road at the edge of a field. It is not known if May Cemetery is the official name of this cemetery, but since there was a large number of people with the surname May buried here, that's what we'll call it. If you know otherwise, please email us and let us know. The cemetery seemed to have been founded in the mid-1800s. Most of the stones were in pretty good shape with only a few broken stones. The grounds seemed to be well taken care of considering that it had been abandoned for such a long time. Thanks to Corrine for taking us to this one.
