| The OES visited May Cemetery on July 1, 2001. Located just outside of Eaton, Ohio, this small cemetery sits just off the road at the edge of a field. It is not known if May Cemetery is the official name of this cemetery, but since there was a large number of the surname May buried here, that's what we'll call it. If you know otherwise, please email us and let us know. The cemetery of mostly marble tombstones seems to have been founded in the mid 1800s. Most of the stones here are in pretty good shape with only a few broken stones. It also seems to be well taken care of considering that it's been abandoned for such a long time.
