Some of the men bring over the artillery rounds.

The Regiment is being given their opening instructions.

After some safety overview, they load a round.

They load a primer and attach the string at the rear of the cannon.

They pulled the string, but the cannon wasn't loaded. Only the primer went off.

They are getting rounds out of the trunks now.

They load the cannon, place the primer, and are ready for fire.

BOOM! The cannons fire causing a huge cloud of smoke.

The cannon furthest from us fires its round.

The cannon closest to us reloads and fires again.

You can see the fire shooting out of this cannon.

It looks like a seen straight out of the movies.

The smoke thins out after lingering for half a minute.

But the next firing of the cannons brings the smoke once again.
