 Paranormal / Unusual Activity
During the initial tour of the home, OES Founder Jason R. felt a cat rub against his left leg while standing in a back upstairs hallway while speaking with another gentleman. When he looked down, no cat was present. A few minutes later, Investigator Philip and the same gentleman who Jason R. was speaking to heard the meow of a cat in the same hallway. Again, no cat was present. Sensitive Larry and Investigator Gena smelled a medicinal odor in various rooms of the house, including the living room and George Hawkins' room. Larry also picked up strong feelings in Mrs. Bromfield's room and Anne's room. COPS Founder Mike and Security Specialist Randy were gathering equipment at the SUV parked outside when the SUV was pushed back into their knees as if someone pushed the SUV from the front. Randy and Mike were the only people outside. Closet doors that had been closed were found open minutes later and at least one closet light turned on by itself. A strong cold spot was felt in the middle of Anne's bedroom at one point during the night, but a thermometer was not near to record the actual temperature. The back hallway was particularly active. Not only was it the location where the cat was felt and heard, at least two members heard someone coming up the stairs. Upon investigating the noise, no one was around. Fifteen EVP recordings were captured at Malabar Farm, they are listed below. There is also a possible apparition photo of a man standing in the doorway of Anne's room taken by Gena.

 Evidence - Audio / EVP

Anne: This recording from Bromfield's study clearly says "Anne", the name of Bromfield's oldest daughter.

Beds: A faint whisper was caught in Bogart's room saying "Beds". There were two beds in the room.

Come See How They Fall: Recorded in Anne's room; either "Come see how they fall" or "Let's see how they run."

Scoot: Recorded in Anne's room, we weren't sure if this was an EVP or a chair scooting...you be the judge.

Meow: This was recorded near Anne's room. It sounds like a long, drawn-out meow of a cat.

Unknown Voices: This EVP was recorded in a closed off room. We're not sure what it says.

Woof: Not only did we get a cat on EVP, here's a barking dog! It may be one of Bromfield's prized boxers.

Honk: This EVP sounds very much like an old tin toy horn. It was captured in the upstairs playroom.

I Don't Know (x2): Recorded in George Hawkins' bedroom, this EVP says "I Don't Know" not once, but twice!

I'm Dead: A whispery voice from the beyond stating "I'm dead". It was recorded in the playroom.

Laughing or Screaming?: Not sure if this is an EVP. It could be laughing but others hear "Help" or "Stop."

Be Good: This EVP was so faint, the audio had to be boosted. It sounds like a woman saying "Be Good."

Hey: A long, drawn-out "Hey" in the background while everyone is talking.

No!: This voice saying "No!" was recorded just after hearing a knock on the basement door.

You're Welcome: Mrs. Bromfield was thanked for giving any results...she replied "You're Welcome".
